Spider's Webs

In between two solid days of rain there was a brief period this morning when it was calm and there was just a mist. Overnight the spiders had been very busy and there were literally dozens of spiders' webs on the fences and the washing whirligig. They were not easy to photograph as few of them were vertical and the ones on the whirligig hung down at an angle so it was difficult to get them against the very important dark background to see them clearly. However, they were such beautiful strings of pearls that I felt I somehow had to capture them. I did not bother with a tripod and maybe I should have to get them pin sharp but here is my best effort.
