Pre-Mono Monday 131 :: MM131 :: Link

Tomorrow's Mono Monday theme is LINK with the tag 131.

My example is of a missing or lost LINK. 

Some years ago I was given this spoon that apparently belonged to a distant relative. I wasn't given a name but recall being told they had been a member of the Durham Light Infantry during WWI. This would fit with having that side of the family from the North East.

Tentative research has given me some possible names but none that fit my family. I will try and see if I can find out more and make the Link.

Update 25th July: Last night I found the regimental number belonged to my Grandmother's eldest step brother. Link made!
