Why did I come in here?

Trews

The lad is four in a couple of weeks. He'll then go to big school in September as the youngest in the class of 15 but by no means the smallest.

Mrs Booty is once again doing her Grandma job of sewing his name tabs into things. His little trousers have an elasticated waist but just to make it seem like he's a real big boy they have a make believe fly. :-))

We can't put them in cotton wool or bubble wrap but it's difficult at times. Here's a thought for all you mums and dads out there. Last year I found an 8 year old lad lost in woods. (I think he'd done a runner as a laugh and over done it) Having called the Police I tried to call loudly for his parents and grandfather, they heard me and gradually located us at a car park. Tears ensued. Please think about placing a small piece of card or paper in your childs top pocket where your mobile number is written down, not a landline. It could save you a period of agony and make relocating your child slightly less stressful.
