The morning after the night before. +1/2 did her very best "no, I won't be staying out  late with my book group" routine only to discover at 2:30am that her hotel room key card didn't work. Gah.

A wander around North Inch this morning (the Perth Highland Games were on today) and a trip to the Blackwatch museum to see the poppies, then out to Abernethy to collect the remaining +3s from their sleepovers. No surprise to us that they both slept very little but enjoyed themselves massively. Thanks to our Abernethy friends for their amazing hospitality!

Through to Bathgate to see more friends and their extremely lovely twin three year olds for lunch and a look at their (the twins' that is) castle. 

Finally off to the west coast to my home town for the next week... here's hoping for some nice weather!
