AOG Pole Sitter

The Backyard Hummer Team was counting on their littlest teammate to finish strong.....but suddenly he lost focus and his balance was teetering. He flapped, he struggled to hang on, his little feet held tight and he NEVER let go.....luckily flapping was allowed and he hung on to till the end. The cheers were deafening when he finished up strong.

Seriously this little guy landed on the tip of this stick and sat there grooming herself but she would loose balance every once in awhile and she would flap until she got back settled. I probably got 100 photos of the action. It was a really tiny hummer with very little color....maybe a juvenile female. See a couple of extras of her balancing act. The shots aren't the clearest, but really fun.
