GARETH THE GREAT.

Back in 1972 I got the chance to take the to the field with Gareth Edwards, arguably the greatest rugby player Wales has ever known, I was thirteen at the time and this master of the oval ball was doing a tour around Cyprus, he visited our school for an afternoon and us lucky few who played for the school team got an hours valuable training. Who knows, one of these strapping lads might yet get to win a cap on the playing fields of our green & pleasant land.
