Big American Adventure - Day Three

We went to the 9/11 Museum and Memorial today. It was very moving and the museum is extremely well done. There was so much to look at and take in that it was a bit of emotional overload by the end. There is still lots of building work going on in the area but the Freedom Tower (One World Trade Centre) is finished and is the tallest building in New York.

We went on the Night Tour on an open top bus and again saw the spectacular skyline as we crossed the Manhattan bridge.
