Maizefield and Three Tors

Nice light on the maizefield and a big sky beyond. That's Rippon Tor and Haytor (and probably Saddletor between them) on the skyline as pointed out to me by MyDartmoorWalks on another occasion.

A dull and slightly threatening morning brightened up this afternoon. I'm not sure why but there have been some big helicopters buzzing over hunting in packs (well pairs, I suppose). I'm not sure what the occasion is as I'm not aware of any airshows in the locality but they've passed over twice today.

Back to rehearsal tonight for our Bishopsteignton Commitments gig in just over a weeks time. I hope people haven't forgotten too much!
