Sunny morning back to front

Took this picture on my way to the CAB office in Tonbridge Castle at about 9:00am with the sun behind me, clutching a coffee, which meant a one handed shot. never a good idea. 
Apparently we prefer to look at pictures where the diagonal leads from left to right instead of right to left so I flipped the photo.
The original is in extras.  What  do you think? Does it make a difference?
