Breakfast , Sandbank style.

This morning I had a very early meeting just round the corner from where he is based and I thought I would drop in afterwards to see how he was getting on and perhaps buy a bacon roll.

He is still producing amazing food and although you can have whatever roll you want, you can also have things like this - his home made duck liver pate with thyme and orange on fresh toasted bread and finished off with onions in balsamic vinegar.

All for £3.00 and enough to share - which I did with Marie Claire and Ciorstaidh back in the office.
