This smells like mint..

When I walk around this it definitely has a minty odor but the leaves are just super bitter..I had a little bite and I did not have anything bad happen.

It is growing all along the creek in the rocky areas where the water has receded due to lack of rain here.

I wish I would have had my 24mm lens on the camera to get this photo..oh well..another walk on another day!
