Amazing flowers

The orchids on my parents kitchen window ledge are truly stupendous at the moment.

Today's blip could be a long, long tale but it's funny how the minute the clock turns nine I go all Cinderella like and my brain turns to pumpkins! We'd intended to visit dad today but he phoned to say he'd rather we didn't as he was feeling very under the weather. I spoke to the one of the nurses on the phone this evening who was very reassuring and confident that he'll have a better night tonight and wanted us not to worry.

I'll visit in the morning when the doctor will be on the ward.
