Accident

I saw this scene on the way to work. The light rail struck a van. There's another car stopped on the other side of the train, so it might have been involved too. I'm not sure what happened. The spot where the van is, is a no-left-turn area.

I arrive shortly after it happened. People were getting off the train. The train couldn't have been going fast because it was just departing a station. I can't find any articles about it, so it must have been minor.
