Windows on the Ocean

We were mad enough to do the Aberdeen park run this morning, along the Esplanade in to the teeth of a gale! It was great when we reached half way and turned to run back with the wind behind us and the crashing sea to enjoy! The remainder of the day has been spent at Cambus O'May supporting the Junior Inter Regional Competition individual event in which the 14s, 16s and 18s from the regional squads compete. I took several hundred photos out in the forest and then more at the prize giving. It's been a long but very enjoyable day in the company of great young people.
