Aoraki Mt Cook

I took this at 8am this morning as I was heading home, which is why I feel a tad tired nearly 13 hours later. Aoraki Mt Cook (cloud piercer) is the highest mountain in NZ.

I was home by lunch time and now I'm all cleaned up, the little pope is home from his holiday at the 5-star luxury cat accommodation, and I'm organised for tomorrow afternoon's meeting with the Earthquake Commission.

I've had a super few days chasing fish and generally having a jolly good time in a stunning area. I live in a beautiful country and I'm extremely fortunate I can get out and enjoy it.

All I need now is a good night's sleep without worrying about the meeting.
