Patched

As we are heading up to the first anniversary of Derelict Sunday tra la (have I bored you with yet ??) I'm doing a derelict shot every day this week. I think 6oplus might be giving it a whirl too. Anyway, I set off to have a coffee with TJ this morning and leapt out to blip this old barn, plus patched up door. This involved stopping in the middle of the road and trying not to attract too much attention. But can you see who I can see! An added bonus underneath the patch. This is a lovely but completely bonkers dog -  a highly strung skinny sheepdog that leaps at car wheels as you drive past. I passed the farmer in his tractor so Patch (!) here has obviously been locked up for his own good!

Himself is feeling a bit more human we shall tackle arthouse tonight -  Sweet Bean ; a Japanese film that looks promising - no suicides, hand held cameras or painful realism. I hope! The jury is currently out about the chips beforehand though.

The talk on Bantry saints by the way was riveting! An enthusiastic and very knowledgeable speaker who delved into the history of three not remotely well known saints: St Gobán, St Cainir and the wonderfully named St Mochomóg! Actually very little is known about any of them but he managed to spend an hour and a half on his research which I much enjoyed and his presentation was excellent.

I think that tiny nose might do for tiny Tuesday too, wonder if jensphotos will let me get away with that!
