719. AT68 - Pastel Abstract

Well here's my offering for today's challenge...set up and taken yesterday because I was convinced it was Thursday...but managed to retrieve it and post another image after discovering my mistake!

I have added the original as an extra...this is a lovely tennis racket brooch I bought at auction a month or so ago....it's quite large...probably has some age to it...vintage rather than antique but I fell in love with it...

We are off to another auction today and there are some interesting lots available so I have my fingers crossed that I will be lucky...one of them is a vintage Christian Dior brooch which I have yet to see...but might be worth a punt....
