Hardware Store

I love old fashioned hardware stores.  Today, enroute to visiting my uncle, we stopped off at Rothbury in Northumberland.  It's a lovely old town and has a great hardware store - T.W. Aldersons & Sons - which has been open since 1898.  When I went in I didn't know that I needed anything but came out with a pie dish, a paint brush and a door mat.
