Tim Peake

Oh my, I met a real life spaceman today....Tim Peake landed at Media City this afternoon. What a lovely chap he is too, he is a smiley and happy person and jolly interesting to listen to. He relayed photos of his space adventure on the giant screen and told us lots of interesting facts and funny little moments from space. 

He was introduced by Lindsey Russell, a Blue Peter presenter, and then after his talk Jenny Lawrence, Newsround presenter, hosted a question and answer session. It was an hour that flew by as he is an engaging speaker and he received huge cheers from the crowd. 

He was very happy to walk round and chat to people and I even got his autograph. What a delightful man.
