You Spy?

I felt like using charcoal today!  Of course I'm not very good at it and had forgotten just how dirty you can get!!  So improved(?) it in Photoshop and used a photo of the Bolton skyline taken this morning.  This is my take on Mono Monday - 'The Third Man'  Many thanks to Dollykgray For making us think today!!
