Sunlit forest

The weather was glorious when we took our usual Sunday morning walk in the forest today. The sky was almost clear and there was a distinct nip in the air. Finally the trees are beginning to turn but it will be a little while yet before they reach full autumnal colours.
I took several photos today that I could have chosen for my blip, but this is my favourite:  the light slanting through the trees was beautiful and there is the added bonus of Mr Zeus himself kindly posing on the pathway for me!
