Rosehips

I have recently posted a few pictures of the fruit/berries on our various garden bushes and trees.  In general these have been red against green, so keeping on this theme I have taken a picture of the Rosehips, on the bush nearest to my workshop.

Today I have spent the morning at Addenbrookes Hospital, in their Gym, being given various exercises to attempt to rebuild the muscles in the lower part of my body, prior to my knee replacements in a few months time.  Although I could not do all of the exercises, alternatives/variants were found, which would help the appropriate muscles.  After that I returned home and did very little, other than take this picture.
