Dinner

I took virtually no photos today so here's a before and after shot of the frittata I made for tea, as predicted by Godfrey57.

This morning I went to the surgery to have my ears syringed. Both have been blocked for a while.  The nurse managed to clear the right but the left proved more stubborn so it's back next week after another course of olive oil drops.  I have been recommended hopi candles and may try them sometime if they start blocking up again.
