Shovellers

A fully successful day! Up and out early, which of course is what I usually struggle with on a non working day, but today we both had eye tests. Both no change! Well, change that warranted spending money on new specs anyway! Mr L to be referred to yet another specialist about his Iritis, but no change in prescription.

A very tasty mini toastie that was within calorie allowance and large mug of skinny latte for breakfast before hitting Wilkinsons for some cheaper toiletries and dog toys. Straight to the RSPB Reserve for a couple of hours where we saw Shovellers, Avocets and Lapwings today. There are a couple of the other shots in extras. Not brilliant photos, I may venture forth with the DSLR next time.

Home to pick up Dog for a run on the beach, followed by Indian takeaway that I hope was within my calorie allowance.

I remembered it put all the clocks back, the only time I regret the wonderful clock feature fireplace!
