Herbst

Quite an autumnal feel to today.  (Der Herbst = Autumn.  And all the seasons are grammatically masculine;- der Winter, der Frühling, der Sommer.)

We ventured out to get some fresh air and enjoy some silky sunshine.  And almost immediately the sun was hidden by the first and only cloud of the day.

No matter - we had a wander and eventually enjoyed looking at the sun on the vineyards. 

Apparently there have been quite a few Vintners in Germany who have turned up at their vineyards to discover that their harvest has been stolen.  There was a case not far from here as well.  I'm trying to think HOW you could do that without anyone noticing.

My blip is Queen Anne's Lace looking a bit knackered but quite pretty.  It might be worth looking at large.
