Another Walk to the Chattri

Today turned out to be a bright, sunny almost summer-like day, so I took a stroll over the Downs from the Jack & Jill Windmills to the Chattri - my first visit there since the end of June.

Today's 'Extras' show, firstly, the glistening threads of spider's silk covering the ground as I approached the memorial, with Brighton and the sea in the background; and the setting of the sun on my drive home, taken from the same location (at the north end of Plumpton Parish) as my photograph of the Crescent Moon at the start of August.
