New boots!

For a long time I have hankered after a pair of blue boots. After extensive online research yesterday, this morning I headed into town to make my purchase. My boot collection now comprises: black, black patent, brown, green, purple and blue (as blipped). All I need now is a red pair, and then I'll have a different colour for each day of the week.

I've also enjoyed myself today making some plans for a couple of weekends away after Christmas, cooking (Ridgeback13 is coming for supper), and having a long chat with a friend who was an au pair - like me - in Paris when we were both 18, many, many years ago.

Exercise today: another run to Victoria Park and back in just under 30 minutes plus walking (7,239 steps).
