The Dolls' House Again

After all the secret arrangements for yesterday's surprise party, we got the chance to go and spend the morning at the lodge with the family.

Here are G and Daniel looking on while Emily plays with the dolls' house, the one her mother had at the same age. I had given it a lick of paint last month to brighten it up and today was a test to see if Emily would show an interest in it. She did!

I now have a bit more to do with the interior decor and we will take it with us when we visit them next month.

Bye-byes were said after lunch and #1 Daughter and her family went home.
