Smoke without fire

The smoke bush leaves are starting to turn into a beautiful rich colour as can be seen here.

Today we went to Bicester Avenue - it is a shopping outlet which is located on the opposite side of the road to Bicester Village which I'm sure alot of you have heard of. We met friends Steve & Jen here. 1st stop was coffee & a long chat & then the girls disappeared to do some shopping. Steve & I caught them up later - then we went for lunch which was very good. We then had another look round before we followed S & J to their place to enjoy tea & cake. We parted about 1730 & We then quickly called at Mum's with the wood I have been sawing & chopping. She was very pleased. Home then to a very hungry cat waiting at the door.
