Sunarise

Our guests/friends needed an early breakfast this morning to be away for a family funeral.  As promised by the forecast the weather was clear and cold.  However, this combination did provide us with a glorious sunrise after breakfast.

The Men in Orange Hats were back today, reducing the height of some overgrown shrubs and felling one dead tree. (Bear in mind that, on the Dell House Scale, an 'overgrown shrub' is likely to be 30ft high). They also coppiced the hazel which I'm looking forward to growing back into a decent shape rather than the mess it had got into.
