A cold and frosty morning

The forecast for this morning was for frost and fog - we did not have the fog, but we had a thick frost and it was very cold but very sunny and bright. I had a physio appointment this morning for my shoulder, it is being a stubborn injury and still needs some more treatment but today's session was very painful but also gave relief at the same time.

Then I took Murdoch for a lovely walk around Polesden Lacy, a National Trust property nearby. It is a working farm so one has to check whether the sheep are in or out the fields before letting dogs off the lead. It was so beautifully sunny and bright, with thick frost still in the shadows, what a perfect winter's day.

Then the rest of the day was busy with chores and other matters. Tonight is the final episode of The Missing!
