Recycling

It's been a full day today.
Down to Sundsvall for our bookkeeping course in the morning. Then to Mid Sweden university for an afternoon at work. Back to Härnösand and pick up Rose. The three of us ate dinner at the best local pizzeria, home to Rose's for coffee and chocolates and then out to see the film "Fantastic Beasts...". Finally got home again at 11:30!  What a day!
While at work we saw this apple cake in the coffee room. The library gets a big basket of fruit of every week for the staff. Most of the fruit gets eaten but there's often a few apples left at the end of the week.  One of the librarians solved that problem. The notice reads...
"Apple cake made from (old) apples from the fruit basket."
Now that's what I call recycling!
