Victoria Street, London

Travelled up to London for an 11.00am meeting at the Ministry of Justice. Rail fare was one third of the cost of the same journey an hour or so earlier - off peak and I could use my Senior Railcard.

Not much to report about the meeting save it finished an hour and a half earlier than expected which was a bonus meaning I was able to cycle home from the station in the light.

I always enjoy the walk along Victoria Street to Petty France. The Street is a hive of building activity with large, interesting structures going up all over the place. Yet in amongst all the modern stuff stands an old clock while people, completely dwarfed by the built environment scurry purposefully about their business.
