Archie gets festive

I spent rather a long time hanging on the phone trying to contact a website to remedy a transaction that had gone wrong. In fact, an hour on the phone listening to 'We value your custom. Thank you for your patience...' at 5.5p per minute probably cost more than fixing the mistake was worth! However, at 7pm, just before office closing time, I rang again and got through. Sorted. Yay!

I was too busy with this drama when JR and Archie decided to go up the Hill, so I didn't go with them. But Archie kindly offered to pop some festive headgear on for my pic today.
