Mermaid

Another glorious day on the beach in St. Ives todays beach was Porthmeor a blue flag ocean facing beach. It was great fun as the surf was quite active Cath and I went in a couple of times the first for an hours before lunch. We were buffeted, battered and bruised by the end of the session but we had the biggest grins on our faces. Cath pointed out that we were just two of a couple of hundred people, all with huge grins on their faces.

After our neice had completed her arts workshop with the Tate, St. Ives staff on the beach she got busy with Cath making a mermaid.
