I ventured out this evening, for the first time, to meet a friend who is giving evidence at the Scottish Parliament tomorrow. I would have enjoyed the evening more if I had realised earlier on that I needed to ask for a different chair in order to sit in reasonable comfort.

Most of the day was dedicated to a digital housekeeping project that I'm taking advantage of being off work to pursue. It's mind numbing and can be fitted round my various other activities.
