Lone rower

Though not a long one, I did actually manage a walk by the canal today, where I saw this lone rower enjoying a bit of exercise.  He was quite elderly so I admired his get up and go.  Luckily the temperature meant he didn't have to work too hard to keep warm.  Neither did I ;)

Later posted parcels, picked up prescriptions, did silly shopping and met friends for coffee and present swapping, which was cheerful and fun.  And now I'm home and tired.  So it's supper and commenting and I feel an early night beckoning!
