St Ninian's chapel

I am in lovely Dumfries and Galloway for work for a couple of days, right in the very far south-west of Scotland. This is such a beautiful area - when I was driving here there were some views which I thought were every bit as beautiful as the Highlands. After I'd finished work for the day I had a wander round the ruins of Glenluce Abbey, then drove down the peninsula known as the Machars, to the lovely village of Isle of Whithorn. There's a short walk to this beautiful view - these ruins are of St Ninian's Chapel (St Ninian was one of the Celtic saints who has shrines and chapels and churches and islands and all sorts named after him all over Scotland).
