Edna's new home

After a latish night, and with Roger having coming down with a cold, we were a bit slow getting going this morning. About a month ago, Roger's Mum went into a care home, as it was getting too much for his Dad to take care of her. So about mid-morning we went with Bernard to pick her up for lunch back at Janet and John's, giving us the opportunity to see the home, shown in my blip, and her room, which is a lovely big room, with its own ensuite bathroom. The staff seem very friendly and helpful, and Edna seems to have settled pretty well in her new surroundings, and while she enjoys coming out for lunch, she's usually ready to go back by late afternoon. Having taken Edna back to the home, it was time for us to head over to Liverpool airport to meet Laura flying in from Bucharest.
