The New Zealand Christmas Lily

It was another cold start to the day and it didn't warm up very much. We do have more sun than yesterday.

The day for me was the throwing out of old memories...I had to have a good clean up with all my art stuff and family history things. That took up most of the day. The place sure is clearer now and the bins are full. My car is again loaded up with art stuff to take to Akaora on my next journey over there.

This flower is one of my fathers Christmas lilies... and they were out on Christmas day this year. Other years they have been a little later. Brings back memoires for me. They have a wonderful perfume.
