We like sheep

And the sheep like us! After our late night we lazily stayed in bed till nearly 11. It was a glorious day though, blue sky and not a breath of wind, so having skipped breakfast and lunch we decided to walk up to the bergerie to see A and C. As they had shared our late night we expected them to be fairly laid back too, but A was out in the garrigue chopping trees down. After he'd done that we had coffee and cake in the sun-trap of their newly built conservatory (just big enough for a small table and four chairs). Then A took the dog Maya and his three pet sheep out for their evening walk , so we went with him. They skipped happily after him to the top of the Roc Fendut (extra), from which we admired the panoramic view.

I'd only intended a short walk, but after we left A and the sheep we came back the long way via S's path, which has still not been approved for use by normal people, and didn't get home till about five. It was a lovely day for a walk though, and I felt very satisfied when we got back. We still weren't hungry, so we've dined this evening on a few scraps of leftovers.
