Stroll in the Park

After yesterday's continuous rain, it was a joy to wake up this morning to a beautiful blue sky.

We took the opportunity to meet up with friends at a park, ostensibly to take their dog for a walk, but also to catch up with events over the Christmas period.  After a leisurely stroll, we stopped in the cafe for tea/coffee before returning home so that I could  post my 1500th blip.

The light on the trees was lovely.
