Christmas Birthplace

Not THE Christmas birth place, that was in Bethlehem, but Shakespeare's birthplace in Stratford (upon Avon, not to be confused with the home of the 2012 London olympics though that is in the east and they're sure to have a star).

They usually have an audio visual show on the side of the building through the festive period, but this year they moved it to New Place and charged entry. Anyway as part of the Henley Street lights a tree has landed outside the building.

A quiet day today, Ann gave the patio a wash whilst I made some soup for tea, no not with the use of a can opener! Then a friend came round for a cup of tea and after lunch we walked into Stratford for a coffee at Nero.

Back for some Murray tennis at Qatar, it's nice that the season has started again.
