Down by the Riverside

I was on the door at church this morning, and what a crowd of visitors we had, they were from all over the world, even Italy, and Texas to name two.  The singing was magnificent.  Had a nice cuppa and chat after the service.  

After lunch I headed to Albert Town, and got this photo of the beautiful Californian Poppies looking their best.  That's the Clutha River in the background.  It is a lovely hot day, with a bit of a breeze.  Looks like Summer has returned.
