Mersey Gateway - 4

There has been noticeable progress on the new Mersey Crossing since my last blip at the end of September. Construction has now started on the road itself and the cables to support the road have been put in place on two of the pillars. I expect that next time I visit the basic structure of the bridge will be complete.
