Sunday Service

Not quite a normal Sunday then.

Normal Sunday normally involves the production of 10 dinners for eating on Sunday Lunch time and Monday dinner time for us, Mom, Dad and Sister.  Today has been different.  Today, we've only had to do 8 dinners as I will be out tomorrow and SHH fancies bubble and squeak!  So that has been done.

Extra service provided today has involved researching how to open a web page from a link on an iPad to enable Dad to open photos from Google which SHH is planning on sending to him when we are in New Zealand.  It was a bit of a challenge for us to find out how to do it ourselves.  Now SHH is writing down the instructions and will then attempt the training session for my Dad and Sister.  They could use the PC of course, but Dad seems to like his new iPad as it's so portable, so we are attempting to show him how to do as much as possible.  Not bad for an 86 year old.  He's much better with the stylus we've just acquired for him as he tends to suffer from Fat Finger Syndrome...

So Sunday Service today has involved refreshments and training!  We will revisit the training in the week to see how successful we've been!
