Day Of Rest

It's been a tumultuous ride in the country over the past week.  Goodbye speeches from President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, Senate hearings on what may be the worst slate of Cabinet nominees in history, a lousy and terribly attended "Welcome to Washington" concert at the Lincoln Memorial, the inauguration of our 45th president and the Women's March on Washington (and over 600 other locations worldwide).

Remarkably, Trump spokesperson (or whatever her new title is) Kelly Ann Conway said on national TV today that the new administration's press secretary merely put out "alternative facts" yesterday.  She was rightly told that "alternative facts" are untruths.

Wow, I'm feeling emboldened.
