for Mono Monday (with some playing in picasa)...

I am so tired, all I have done all day is watched someone else at work (and my back is very sore from not sitting in a chair properly)...plus the journey both to and from work today was absolutely horrendous.  I am so glad I am still using the TomTom to find work, because the roads were solid with fog today (and there are still crazy drivers around...when will they learn?)...  Hoping for a better day tomorrow, but I think the fog will be worse...

For the record I put a pound on, but I knew I would...back to the drawing board and I definitely need to get up from the desk and move around a bit more!
