Christchurch

A day in Christchurch and what a lovely city, repairing itself after the earthquakes a few years ago.

We took the hop on hop off tram around the city (see extras) and the commentary was very good and informative.  Went to the Art gallery, shops and re-start - where containers have been reused as shops as an interim measure while the rebuilding takes place.  Innovative.

Would love to return.
