Circular robin

Had to contend with a burst water main spewing icy cold water onto the road during my morning cycle into work. 

Presented my report to an important committee meeting and came away with thanks and a long to-do list of actions for the next time. 

Got out for a lunchtime walk in bright sunshine. The sun had burned off the fog and the frost had gone from the ground. The lake was still frozen though. Saw a jay and a woodpecker on my way round the lake but the photos were not very good. This robin posed for a few minutes in a tree above me and then disappeared into the hedge.
